Matthew’s practice involves advising family offices (domestic and foreign), real estate companies, developers, financial institutions, start-up companies and high net worth individuals regarding real estate and corporate credit facilities, development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, leases, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and joint ventures. For ten (10) years, Matthew was the co-founding and managing partner of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum LLP.
