Sue Torres is a celebrated chef, television personality, and culinary consultant who has redefined gourmet Mexican cuisine over a career spanning more than two decades. With roots in Long Island and a passion for using the finest local ingredients, she honed her craft at prestigious New York City restaurants before studying under renowned Mexican culinary authorities.
